While it is great to push yourself to always achieve greatness, keeping mentally fit is just as important. You don’t want the stress to get to you to the point that it harms your mental health and becomes debilitating.

Remember, if you’re feeling stressed at Uni, head over to the Learning and Teaching Unit (LTU) and seek help from counsellors and other support staff – they are always there to help you through difficult times!
